See HERE. (Explains where I am at lately.... you know, in case you were wondering out there.)

Ahhh, yes...

I am a mom with a zillion photos of Disney World from our spring break trip there... I am not ashamed of it, either. We had a BLAST there and cannot wait to go back. I think it is due to the fact that all four of us (me, hubby, and the two boys) are not afraid to be kids. We love the goofiness in everyday life. We are not afraid to be laughing no matter where we are. So, "Cheers!" to WDW and all the genuine smiles it produced for us. It was worth the new credit card payments.

Not Totally Back...

Just a little blurb here to say that I will be adding posts to my card blog... the one thing I am doing away from blogging is more card making and artwork. It has been fun!

Goodbye... for a while...

I have really loved blogging.

What I have really enjoyed most is the people I have met through my blogs. What a wonderful bunch! I really cannot think of words to describe how great that has been.

And I really don't come up with the words, photo excitement, cards to share, and posts as easily as I have before... life changes and things move along. My focus is turning a couple of other places now...

Perhaps I will find a passion for all of this again... but for now: a break.

I wish you all peace and happiness... and those words are from my heart.

This scene was taken a while ago... like, the snow before the last snow... I am happy to report that today will reach near 50 degrees. No more snow... at least for a while. (In Iowa, anythig can happen yet!)

The Countdown Is On!

Not a photo posted for photographic achievement... but the focus is here: Disney! Each chain in the paper chain represents how many days we have until we go to Disney World! The boys are excited and everyday happily removing a link in the chain!

Nothing fancy...

Nothing fancy, but this was our Christmas tree this year. I snapped this photo post-Santa's visit and pre-boys opening gifts.

We have bought our Christmas tree for the second year in a row now from a church up the street and the proceeds from their sales goes directly to mission work. Can't beat that... and they are great little blue spruce (I think) trees. We don't lose any needles until we take the tree out.
